Expressing Themselves (March 8, 2016) A couple of days after its “Expressions Gala”, the Baltimore School for the Arts threw its slightly less-formal (and less expensive) Tuesday night version. Guests gathered at the school for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a performance by BSA students.
