Tripping the Light City Fantastic (March 31, 2016) The World Trade Center Institute hosted a Light City Baltimore party on the World Trade Center’s 21st floor. There, guests enjoyed cocktails along with a great view of the light installations below, dotting the city’s Inner Harbor.
