Meat-ing with the Man (April 6, 2016) Initially, the plan was to open Wit & Wisdom’s outdoor lounge – Wit on the Water – with the party Mingle with Mina, where guests could not only sample a variety of smoked meats and seafood, but have the chance to meet renown chef Michael Mina. Mother Nature didn’t exactly cooperate. So, the party took place inside the restaurant’s lounge area, where folks still had a chance to chat with the man who claims Wit & Wisdom as part of his nationwide upscale eatery group.
