Jazzing Up the Future (September 25, 2016) Year Up Baltimore threw a jazz concert benefit – “UP the Tempo” – at Grey Rock Mansion where folks could eat, drink, shop – even sample a little something from a cigar bar – all to raise money for the organization’s programs that provide urban young adults in Baltimore with skills, experience and support to help them pursue professional careers.
