The space above Hampden’s Doubledutch Boutique was jumpin’ for the launch party of Neighbor Goods: A Pop-Up Shop.” Neighbor Goods – which offers the work of around 40 Baltimore artists, designers and makers, as well as some vintage clothing – will inhabit the space until September.
