Harford Community College’s APG Federal Credit Arena was transformed into a glamorous ballroom as HCC celebrated its 60th anniversary with the “Illuminate” gala. Some 500 guests turned out for a night of dinner, dancing and fireworks. The shindig raised $71,000 for the Harford Community College Foundation.
