Dozens of city officials, VIP’s and Artscape supporters kicked off America’s largest free arts festival in style at the Artscape Opening Night VIP Party.

There, they enjoyed food and drinks from bars and food stations scattered inside and out of the University of Baltimore’s Angelos Law Center.
