Members and friends of the Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce gathered at the LB Skybar to cheer the Chamber receiving the 2018 Rising Star Award from the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
Some folks braved the slightly chilly temperatures to enjoy the view from the Skybar’s terrace.
Though most preferred mingling inside, where the official award ceremony was held.
