A rainy night in Greenspring Valley didn’t put a damper on the Old Line Society’s annual Calcutta, traditionally held the evening before the Grand National Steeplechase.

Guests were greeted with gobs of umbrellas as they arrived at Oakdene, the home of party hosts Justin and Jeremy Batoff.
Inside, folks enjoyed a rousing cocktail party, auction and raffle…
…as well as a great view from the dry refuge of the porch, as they raised monies supporting The Valleys Planning Council.
