Be it cowboy boots combined with a summer flirty dress, Lucite heels to complement designer white jeans, a classic jeans jacket over a pale pink strapless dress, or hats galore, folks are bringing a statement look. Bold stripes and colorful florals – as well as a palette of pastels and sophisticated khaki – make this a hot Baltimore fashion moment. And did I mention nails?
