Folks gathered on the Anthem House terrace for “Boxing for Books,” a fundraiser for UMAR Boxing.
Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, along with a view of the city.
The evening’s highlight came when some of UMAR’s students demonstrated their boxing techniques and footwork in sparring matches, overseen by Boxing Hall of Famer and UMAR Boxing founder Marvin McDowell.
