The evening’s highlight was the unveiling of the merged organization’s new name.
More than a couple hundred people attended the celebration.
Marking Milestones (June 30, 2016) Over 300 people came to the Baltimore Museum of Industry to celebrate the merger of FreeState Legal and Equality Maryland – advocacy groups for Maryland’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. Guests from around the state had a chance to catch up with one another and enjoy the offerings from a number of food stations and bars set up throughout the museum. The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of the new organization’s name – Free State Justice.
