Temperatures in the 40’s didn’t keep a good-sized crowd away from LIT City Baltimore, a dance party under the Orleans Street Viaduct (most of us know it as The Light Tunnel) thrown by the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore. The bash complemented all the goings on of Light City, Baltimore’s festival of light, music and innovation.
