Hundreds turned out to send off the wonderful, wierd and wacky contestants in the American Visionary Art Museum’s annual Kinetic Sculpture Race.

Then, they were off for a race around the harbor, over hills, through a mud pit…ending up testing their seaworthiness in Canton’s waters.
