It’s a longtime tradition for both the Rotary Club of Baltimore and many of the 1500 folks who turned out for its annual feast. Some guests have been coming for decades – every year looking forward to a lot of good stuff to enjoy on a Saturday afternoon.
For many, it was an opportunity to gather a group and descend en masse on the Fifth Regiment Armory to enjoy good company along with an extensive buffet.
Of course, that meant an army of oyster shuckers were ready and waiting…
…and kept busy throughout the afternoon.
There was also a silent auction to peruse…
…and a number of game wheels, including the roast’s famed Bacon Wheel.
