Street Style: Mad, Mod March

Street Style: Mad, Mod March

By Sascha Wolhandler

As the winter sun rose in the sky to warm Baltimore streets, fashion began to surface.  Unique tights gave many gals a leggy fashion finish.   And while other spirited looks flourished, tiger and leopard prints afforded a fantasy safari vision against our wintry streets.

“Life’s true face is the skull” – Nikos Kazantzakis. Clearly, she is putting her best face forward! (Snapped on Bethel St.)
Swathed in baby pink, dancing by the light of the moon…with a little help of the Natty Boh guy (Snapped on Bond St.)
With pyramid in hand and hieroglyphic tights, a touch of Egypt in Baltimore. (Snapped at R. House, Hampden)
Life imitating art…or vice versa. (Snapped at The Walters Art Museum)
60’s mod gets a reboot! (Snapped on Bond St.)
Hip hits the street (Snapped on Broadway Square, Fell’s Point)
Black and white retro glam (Snapped in lobby of Merchant’s Club & Chez Hugo, Redwood St.)
Two classics (Snapped at The Walters Art Museum)
Getting “catty” with friends (Snapped at Demitri’s International Grille, Catonsville)
Editor’s Note: That’s our gal, Sascha, in the middle

And that’s how we roll in Baltimore, folks!
