A tuxedo or a gown may not be the usual attire when one heads to the Maryland State Fairgrounds. But, it’s not everyday that the Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital celebrates its 100th birthday. Several hundred gussied up guests turned out at the fairgrounds for fun-yet-formal evening filled with cocktails, dinner and dancing.
