(March 3, 2017) Friends and colleagues of Mitch Halbrich – a staffing executive and contributor to the Baltimore Business Journal who died of lung cancer last November – gathered in a back room at the Capitol Grille for a happy hour to raise money for Free to Breathe, a nonprofit dedicated to fund lung cancer research.
