Bright Lights, Great City (March 31, 2017) Dozens of Baltimore area business folks viewed the start of the “Light City” festival from above, as Mindgrub and Comcast hosted a kick-off party for the festival.
The guests got a great overview of the light festival as the sun set and the light sculptures below lit up.
