Traffic Stop (April 6, 2017) It was only “foot traffic” under under the lighted Orleans Street Viaduct on St. Paul St. for the LIT CITY Dance Party.
The sell-out bash featured a DJ, open bar and food from some of Baltimore’s popular eateries.
