new friends and old crowded the Ruth Shaw store at its VIP Grand Re-Opening party. Folks enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as they explored the environs of the Baltimore luxury boutique in its new home of The Shops at Kenilworth Plaza.
Needless to say, among the best of this best-dressed bunch was the Ruth Shaw crew itself.
